We’re Hiring: Recruiter / HR Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (5 days/week, aligned with US business hours)

BackTech is expanding and looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in recruitment and HR operations, and the ability to work with both local and US-based employment standards.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Handle payroll administration and employee records

Support employee relations and resolve workplace concerns

Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance

Assist in benefits administration and employee engagement activities

Maintain office inventory and operational support

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience

Strong command of Excel and HR data handling

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
