• Knowledge on IT and Non-IT Requirements
• Working on Client Requirements
• Sourcing Candidates from Job Portals, referrals and other mediums.
• Shortlisting candidates and conducting initial interview.
• Scheduling shortlisted candidates to interview as per client availability.
• Good Communication Skills
• Follow up with candidates till joining.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
