HR Recruiter With Real Estate Exp.

Nine Star Properties is seeking a proactive and well-organized Real Estate Recruiter / Coordinator to support the growth and management of our property consultant team. If you thrive in sales-driven environments and enjoy coordinating people, performance, and processes, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit and onboard real estate agents
• Source, screen, interview, and manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Coordinate regular updates from agents on leads, pipelines, and deal closures
• Serve as the main point of communication between agents and management
• Prepare and share regular reports and updates with Directors and Management
• Support day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and internal communication

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate recruitment or coordination
• Strong understanding of commission-based sales roles
• Confident communication skills with strong follow-up abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Fluent in English
