  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, staff, and managerial positions in a manufacturing environment
  • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interview rounds
  • Understand manpower requirements based on production plans and department needs
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires
  • Coordinate with department heads for role clarity, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring
  • Participate in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and mass hiring initiatives
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future manpower requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
