- Handle end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, staff, and managerial positions in a manufacturing environment
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interview rounds
- Understand manpower requirements based on production plans and department needs
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires
- Coordinate with department heads for role clarity, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
- Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring
- Participate in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and mass hiring initiatives
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future manpower requirements
