HR Recruiter/Coordinator

Join our growing team and be part of a compassionate healthcare admin support staff dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes and in our clinic.

We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Coordinator with a strong healthcare background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HR operations in healthcare facilities and be familiar with DHA /DOH regulations and healthcare staff requirements.

About Us:

We are committed to providing professional, patient-centered care across a wide range of home healthcare services. Our homecare team focuses on improving patient outcomes while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety prescribed by various accreditation bodies CARF/ACI/JCI)

We are also engaged in laser, cosmetic/aesthetic services in the clinic .

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in healthcare sector
  • Experience in medical centers, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities
  • Knowledge of DHA/DOHregulations and healthcare licensing process
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English/Arabic speaking is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations and staff affairs
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding process
  • Monitor staff licenses, visa, Emirates ID, BLS, and document expiry
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, warnings, and official communications
  • Coordinate with departments regarding staffing requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and company policies
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms )
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
