Job Title: IT Recruiter (0– 2 Years of Experience) – Hiring 40–50 Candidates | Major RPO Project

About the Role

We are building a high-performance Recruitment Team for a major RPO project and looking to hire 40–50 IT Recruiters. This is a strong opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Manage Domestic & International hiring requirements
  • Conduct telephonic screening and evaluate applicant fit
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet assigned hiring targets and timelines

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Willingness to learn recruitment fundamentals
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic MS Office proficiency

** We are looking for candidates who have decent knowledge in recruitment process with strong English communication skills if a fresher.

** Experienced candidates should bring real time expertise beyond just experience on papers.

Education

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Streams like BBA, BCA, BTech, MBA, BSc, BA, BCom and others are welcome
