What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Make an Impact)
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from first conversation to day one (and beyond) using Paycor
- Source and attract top talent—you’re not waiting for resumes, you’re out there building pipelines
- Conduct pre-screens, coordinate drug testing, and onboard new hires
- Facilitate new hire orientation process on a month
- Develop thoughtful interview questions that assess skills, team fit, and culture alignment
- Act as a brand ambassador—you’re selling Wolff Bros to candidates and making them want to join
- Continuously learn our roles inside and out so you can match the right people to the right opportunities
- Help build and refine job descriptions and success profiles that actually reflect what success looks like
- Create a strong candidate experience that reflects who we are as a company
- Job board management (experience with Indeed & LinkedIn, optimizing job listings, managing a set budget, passive candidate sourcing)
- Interview scheduling coordination
- Act as hiring subject matter expert (manager intake meetings, informing hiring strategy, hiring manager consultation, interview base practice coaching)
- As time permits, assist with other areas of HR: performance mgnt, open enrollment, development and HR projects

What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (bonus points if it’s in distribution or warehouse environments)
- Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Confidence to work independently and make decisions
- Experience with ATS/HR systems (Paycor is a plus)
- Solid interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Creativity and persistence in sourcing candidates across multiple channels
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait, you make things happen
- Team-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership
