About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Understand job requirements and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
- Utilize multiple channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, etc.) to attract candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates during offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Support other HR activities such as employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
