Role Overview

NSLA Technologies is hiring an experienced HR Recruitment Executive to manage and support company hiring needs. The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain recruitment records and reports
• Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR recruitment (required)
• Familiarity with hiring platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift
• Good organizational and coordination skills

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience hiring for IT positions
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Professional conduct and confidentiality
