Role Overview
We are hiring a HR & Recruitment Manager to manage internal HR operations while building and executing IABI’s recruitment pipeline.
This is not a passive HR role. You will be directly responsible for connecting our graduates with industry opportunities and expanding our global hiring partner network.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, employee coordination, policies)
- Maintain internal structure, documentation, and compliance
- Oversee team performance tracking and reporting
- Support leadership with hiring and organizational development
Student Recruitment Support
- Work directly with IABI students and graduates
- Review and optimize CVs/resumes before submission
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
- Track placement progress and outcomes
Talent Placement & Partnerships
- Send qualified candidate profiles to brokerages and operators
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners globally
- Actively reach out to aviation companies to onboard them as IABI Hiring Partners
- Maintain a structured pipeline of open roles and candidate placements
Business Development (Recruitment)
- Identify and approach brokerages, operators, and aviation companies
- Present IABI’s talent pool and partnership model
- Secure agreements with companies to recruit from IABI
- Continuously expand the hiring partner network
Requirements
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Preferred:
- Experience in aviation or recruitment within aviation
- Experience working with international clients or teams
