HR & Recruitment Manager (Female only) (Night Shift 8pm to 5am)

Top Solutions is a growing organization operating in the travel and tourism industry, serving international clients primarily in the United States. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts, employee management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle employee relations and workplace concerns professionally.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
  • Support team leaders in improving employee productivity and performance.
  • Create and maintain training materials and SOPs.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employment contracts, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.
  • Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR and recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in call center, travel agency, sales, or customer service industries.
  • Familiarity with international hiring standards and remote workforce management.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
