Royal Walk Human Resources Consultancies CO. L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruitment Manager to manage end to end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement

Coordinate with local and international clients to understand manpower requirements

Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and recruitment agencies

Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates as per client needs

Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases

Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

Minimum one year experience in HR recruitment or related field

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

Knowledge of manpower recruitment processes and documentation

Target oriented mindset with strong follow up skills

Basic computer skills for emails, reports, and recruitment systems

Salary

AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience and performance
