About the Opportunity

Startups and growing companies face ongoing people challenges — hiring the right talent, onboarding smoothly, managing payroll, handling exits, and keeping HR processes stable as they grow. These needs are continuous and require reliable, practical HR support.

We are building an HR recruitment & services practice focused on startups and SMEs.
This is an opportunity to build the practice together — from acquiring clients to delivering HR services.

We are not hiring an employee.
We are looking for a partner with entrepreneurial intent.

Who This Is For

This role is ideal if you:

• Have HR / recruitment experience and want to build your own HR services business
• Are currently working with companies and want to grow something alongside
• Enjoy approaching new companies, having conversations, and proposing services
• Want to work as part of a small, focused team instead of building alone

You can start part-time and scale gradually.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong interest in client acquisition and relationship building
✔ Ability to approach startups / SMEs and present HR services
✔ Experience in recruitment, HR generalist, or HR operations
✔ Willingness to take ownership — from discussion to delivery
✔ Comfort with a revenue-sharing, performance-based model

Bonus (not mandatory):
➕ Local business connects (Ghaziabad / NCR)
➕ Payroll or compliance exposure
➕ Startup HR experience

What You’ll Do

• Approach startups and growing companies
• Understand their HR needs and propose solutions
• Finalize service scope and commercials (with support)
• Deliver recruitment and HR services
• Build long-term client relationships
• Help shape and grow the HR practice
