HR & Recruitment Specialist

Manage the full recruitment process from receiving manpower requests to candidate selection.

Prepare and publish job advertisements through suitable recruitment channels.

Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and manpower suppliers.

Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.

Coordinate interviews with management and clients when required.

Prepare candidate shortlists and recruitment status reports.

Follow up with selected candidates regarding job offers and joining dates.

Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for employment contracts, visa processing, sponsorship transfer, and onboarding.

Maintain and update the candidate database.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.

Strong experience in manpower recruitment and operational hiring.

Experience in outsourcing, facilities management, cleaning, hospitality, manpower supply, or service industries is preferred.

Good knowledge of recruitment procedures in Qatar.

Ability to handle urgent recruitment requirements.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
