Job Description Job Title: Human Resources Rep- Branch Job Code: 13-009 Reports To: Business Manager EEO Category: Admin Workers Number Supervised: 0 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Revised Date: Grade: Position Summary: Assists the Business Manager in performing the Human Resource, Safety and Payroll functions of the Branch coordinating with the Corporate Human Resource Department. Helps guide the Branch in complying with the guidelines on policies, procedures and labor law. Key Competencies  Building Collaborative Relationships  Innovation / Creativity  Adaptability  Developing Self & Others Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables  Administers employee Benefits Programs for all Branch employees  Oversees the annual Open Enrollment for benefits at the Branch  Investigate and troubleshoot problems for the employees  Communicates labor, personnel and safety issues with Corporate as necessary  Sets up and maintains employee personnel files, separating I-9 and medical files.  Assures that all new hire paperwork is completed correctly including reference checks, background checks, drug screens, physicals, I-9s, safety training acknowledgements, etc.

as appropriate for the position  Maintains Branch attendance records and collects non-exempt salary time sheets  Responsible for paperwork, correspondence and communication with Provider and Corporate along with all follow-up for Worker’s Compensation claims  Presents orientation sessions for benefits and safety to new hires and updates to programs for current employees as necessary  Maintains OSHA logs  Pulls Time Clock system reports, reviews, checks and exports to Corporate  Oversees the Safety Committee for the Branch scheduling meetings, taking minutes and planning, or assists in the planning of, the monthly general safety meetings  Oversees the Branch Safety Award program and coordinates the Company Safety Award Program  Perform other work related duties as assigned by your supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Education / Experience and Skills HR Certification, AA or BA Degree or equivalent experience  Experience in Human Resource field helpful  High level of confidentially with sensitive information and professionalism.  Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law, employee relations and corporate policies and procedures.  Ability to model the Capital values and to provide innovative solutions.  Ability to drive and be accountable for results in a fast paced environment  Ability to anticipate, analyze, and prioritize complex problems including: * Ability to present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format.

Abilities  Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds 5% or less of the workday  Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday  Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday  Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday. Work Environment  Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment.
