Role Overview:

The role of the HR Representative Manager serves as the leader of the HR Representative team. This individual will work directly with our HR Representatives and ensure that they have the resources they need to assist our clients and their employees. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the team and will help to ensure that both our clients and their employees have a positive experience when they interact with Helpside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR Representative team and be a resource for team members
  • Ensure that clients and their employees are being served in a manner that aligns with Helpside’s core values
  • Ensure that adequate coverage is available throughout the HR Representative team and assist with phone calls, chats, and emails as needed
  • Manage the unemployment claims process for Helpside clients
  • Train clients on how to utilize our Background check system and applicant tracking system
  • Run required reports for our clients such as: EEO-1, MWR, BLS, etc.
  • Respond to subpoena requests
  • Lead team trainings and 1 on 1’s

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a service-oriented, multi-client, or PEO environment
  • Experience managing or coaching a team
  • Familiarity with Health & Supplemental benefits offerings and the ability to answer complex questions about these types of benefits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable delivering difficult messages clearly and professionally
  • A good understanding of AI capabilities with expectations of improving our processes utilizing this technology
