We’re seeking a detail‑oriented HR & Safety Compliance Coordinator to support our National Safety Director, VP of HR/Risk Management, and HR/Payroll teams. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys compliance, documentation, and cross‑departmental support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, track, and electronically file safety training records, audits, and root cause analysis documents.
- Coordinate monthly Safety Train‑the‑Trainer meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking.
- Provide guidance on I-9 compliance and work authorization requirements; ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.
- Support HR Assistants and Payroll during high‑volume periods or absences.
- Assist VP of HR/Risk Management with compliance research and policy creation for multi state operations.
- Collect, track and electronically file employee handbook acknowledgements.
- Assist in conduct management training and support recruitment by posting job ads.
- Maintain electronic personnel files and assist with HR and safety projects as needed.
- Support VP of HR/Risk Management with day to day administrative needs and projects.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of the service industry is a plus.
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Must work onsite Monday–Friday (not remote/hybrid).
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
