HR – Sales & Marketing Head

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director
Location:Malappuram
Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Summary

The HR – Sales & Marketing Head will lead and integrate human resources strategy with sales and marketing growth objectives. This role is responsible for building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring people strategies align with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition for sales, marketing, and corporate roles
  • Oversee performance management, KPI setting, and appraisal systems
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll, HR policies, and audits
  • Lead training & development programs, especially for sales and marketing teams

Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build, lead, and mentor sales teams across regions/channels
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Develop incentive structures and commission plans in coordination with HR
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners

Marketing Leadership

  • Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, content, and market positioning
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals for maximum conversion

Strategic & Management Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership to drive business expansion
  • Manage budgets for HR, sales, and marketing functions
  • Use data and analytics to drive decisions and performance improvements
  • Represent the company in strategic meetings and external engagements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience leading HR + Sales/Marketing functions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of sales funnels, marketing strategies, and digital platforms
  • Ability to align people strategy with business growth

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / Software / Digital Services industry
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
