Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR Cum Sales Executive to manage both human resource operations and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a people-centric attitude, and a results-driven approach to support both recruitment and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Support payroll coordination and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Coordinate with management for performance evaluations and appraisals.

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers/clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and client outreach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and HR management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
