HR - Sales & Marketing

• Strong understanding of sales cycles, targets, and performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MIS reporting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
• Proactive, process-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi eld.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales HR, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
• Experience supporting fi eld sales and tele-sales teams is strongly preferred
