- Strong understanding of sales cycles, targets, and performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MIS reporting.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Proactive, process-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi eld.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales HR, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
- Experience supporting fi eld sales and tele-sales teams is strongly preferred
