· Assisting with day to day operations of the HR and Admin functions and duties

· Providing clerical and administrative support to HR and Admin

· Compiling and updating employee records

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues

· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.

· Communicate with public services when necessary

· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

· Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews

· Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

· Assisting and preparing documents of employee for employment, residence, renewal, amendment and cancellation process

· Handling utility services but not limited to application/ cancellation
