Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions like sales/health consultants
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.

3. Performance Management

  • Support managers and employees in goal setting and performance discussions.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in implementing performance improvement plans.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in personnel files.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team.

5. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
