The HR Service Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of workforce operations services for assigned business units. This role partners closely with Dayforce and internal stakeholders to support earnings delivery, and HR systems operations, while contributing to a high-quality team member experience through the HR Shared Services model.
Responsibilities and Duties
Workforce Operations & Earnings Delivery
- Partner with Dayforce Managed Services to support the end-to-end earnings delivery process, including WFM review, audits, validation, payroll transmission, and issue resolution for assigned business units.
- Serve as a primary liaison between HR, assigned business units, and Dayforce for earnings-related processes, system questions, and transactional support.
- Collaborate with managers and business unit partners to coordinate and process payroll-related forms, adjustments, and corrections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established timelines.
- Conduct operational audits related to earnings, incentives, and team member data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support payroll funding and reconciliation activities in partnership with Accounting, Dayforce, and external banking partners.
- Partner with Dayforce Tax Services to support payroll tax accuracy, compliance, and timely filings.
- Respond to earnings and system-related inquiries by leveraging the payroll contact center and ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused resolution experience.
- Escalate complex issues and proactively communicate impacts, timelines, and resolutions to business unit stakeholders.
HR Systems & Shared Services Support
- Provide operational support across the HR team, including reporting, data entry, system updates, auditing, and troubleshooting to ensure HR data accuracy.
- Participate in Dayforce system testing initiatives, upgrades, and user acceptance training to support platform stability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and escalate system, data, and process issues while contributing to efficiency and service enhancements.
- Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications.
- Adhere to safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
- Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources related fields.
- Strong communication & ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic, including a commitment to safeguarding confidential information.
- Preferred experience with Dayforce HRIS.
- Strong technical skills with systems and technology.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Smartsheet).
