HR Service Provider/Talent aquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their human resource needs and providing skilled workforce solutions.
• Manage the recruitment and staffing processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Match clients with qualified personnel based on their industry-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve HR strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, or staffing services.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in staffing industrial or factory workforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition software and recruitment tools.
