Experience: 3 to 4 years
Working days: Monday to Odd Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
- Attendance & Leave Management:
- Maintain accurate attendance records through HRMS or Excel tracking.
- Manage leave applications, approvals, and monthly reconciliation.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Administration & IT Support Coordination:
- Oversee office administration including stationery, petty cash, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with IT teams for employee system access, email setup, and hardware support.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain employee database and HR records.
- Support payroll inputs, exit formalities, and compliance requirements.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools or Excel
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Mature and handle issues
