HR Specialist

India

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Working days: Monday to Odd Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Attendance & Leave Management:
  • Maintain accurate attendance records through HRMS or Excel tracking.
  • Manage leave applications, approvals, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Administration & IT Support Coordination:
  • Oversee office administration including stationery, petty cash, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for employee system access, email setup, and hardware support.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain employee database and HR records.
  • Support payroll inputs, exit formalities, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools or Excel
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Mature and handle issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
