1- Basic Function
- The HR Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the full employee lifecycle for both local and expatriate staff within the organization. This role ensures seamless HR operations by managing recruitment coordination, performance management, and government platform compliance. The incumbent serves as a critical link between the company, the outsourced recruitment agency, and the Finance/Payroll department, ensuring all actions adhere to the Saudi Labor Law and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2- Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead local hiring efforts and coordinate with the outsourced agency for expatriate recruitment. This includes communicating vacancies, facilitating job offer issuances, and leading weekly recruitment meetings with division management to track candidate progress.
- Onboarding & Off boarding: Manage the end-to-end mobilization and integration of all new hires. Conduct comprehensive orientations and oversee the full off-boarding process, ensuring compliance with final settlement regulations.
- Performance Management: Administer and track performance framework, including probationary period assessments, quarterly evaluations, and annual performance reviews to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Government & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and update employee records on Qiwa and GOSI. Ensure all HR transactions and internal movements (transfers and promotions) strictly adhere to the Saudi Labor Law and internal SOPs.
- ERP Management: Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous updating of the HR ERP system to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Payroll Coordination: Facilitate the monthly payroll cycle by compiling and transmitting the "Monthly HR Transaction" report to the Finance/Payroll team, ensuring all overtime, new hire, deductions, and any other related adjustments are accounted for.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries. Manage and process internal requests, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a professional and confidential manner.
