We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
● Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
● Managing the recruitment and selection process
● Recruit, interview, Examine and select employees to fill vacant positions.
● Strategize and conduct employee orientation to align them with the company’s objectives.
● Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotion, performance review,safety, and sexual harassment.
● Analyze salary, wage reports and information to formulate a competitive compensation plan.
● Draft and implement directives for department managers concerning employment opportunities, reimbursements, compensation and employee benefits.
● Take legal assistance to make certain that policies comply with the local and national laws. ● Develop and keep a human resources system that synchronizes with the top management information needs.
● Maintain and oversee the recording and preserving of records required by the government as well as other departments in the organization.
● Administer the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records pertaining to the employees of the organization.
● Identify, understand and implement legal requirements and the regulations pertaining to human resource functions. Ensure compliance with the legal policies and collective bargaining contracts to keep up with the industrial trends.
● Write and deliver presentations to corporate offices, government officials, educational institutions,etc regarding human resources policies and practices.
● Govern and administer benefits programs such as life, health and dental insurance, pension plans,vacation,sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
● Coordinate safety committee meetings as a Safety Director.
● Coordinate with the labor union as and when required.
● Prepare the budget for human resources operations.
● Conduct exit interviews and understand the reason behind the separation.
● Provide reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.
● Represent the company at human resources-related hearings and investigations.
● Manage contracts and communication with employee services providers such as temporary employees, relocation services, employees benefit scheme services, search firms, etc.
● Coordinate with the human resources team and be responsible for the operational activities of human resources coordinators.
Requirements:
● Master’s degree in Human Resources
● Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
● Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases
● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
● Sufficient knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
● Ability to lead a team and work independently of the management.
● Additional understanding and knowledge of human behavior will be appreciated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
