HR Specialist – Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role will also support administrative tasks and lead IT/technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on IT and technical roles

Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation

Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and goal-setting

Organize training, development, and engagement activities

Maintain HR records, compliance, and reporting

Support general admin operations and IT asset coordination
Qualifications
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

2–5 years of HR experience, including exposure to IT hiring

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
