HR Specialist – Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role will also support administrative tasks and lead IT/technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on IT and technical roles
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and goal-setting
  • Organize training, development, and engagement activities
  • Maintain HR records, compliance, and reporting
  • Support general admin operations and IT asset coordination

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, including exposure to IT hiring
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
