HR Specialist Company Profile:

The HR function plays a critical role in supporting management, ensuring smooth people operations, and maintaining healthy employee relations across the organization.
Role Overview: The HR Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations and employee relations, acting as the primary point of contact between employees and management. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone confident in independently managing people matters, compliance, and HR administration.
Recruitment is largely driven by management; therefore, the focus of this role is employee relations, HR operations, and UAE labor law compliance, ensuring a positive, compliant, and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations & Staff Support - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, warnings, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
- Maintain effective communication between employees and management
HR Operations - Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, confirmations, attendance, leave management, and terminations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance review cycles and related documentation
Compliance & UAE Labor Law - Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and internal HR policies
- Coordinate visa processes, medical insurance, and employment-related documentation
- Prepare HR reports and employee data summaries for management as required
Administration & Coordination - Support and coordinate with a junior admin staff member handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth HR operations while working closely with remote and on-site management
Requirements: - Proven UAE HR experience in an operational HR role
- Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE processes
- Ability to work independently, handle sensitive matters, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
