About the Company:
AGH International Group (360° Marketing) is expanding and looking for a dedicated, proactive, and growth-driven team member who can support both internal operations and social media strategy.
This is a full-time, on-site role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee affairs
- Follow up on employees’ attendance, performance, and work progress
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance evaluations and provide reports to management
- Help improve employee engagement and workplace culture
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Fixed shifts (9:00 PM To 5:00PM)
- 8 working hours
