About the Company:

AGH International Group (360° Marketing) is expanding and looking for a dedicated, proactive, and growth-driven team member who can support both internal operations and social media strategy.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee affairs
  • Follow up on employees’ attendance, performance, and work progress
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and provide reports to management
  • Help improve employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Location: Smouha, Alexandria
  • Fixed shifts (9:00 PM To 5:00PM)
  • 8 working hours
  • 1 day off
