We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Administer and maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in onboarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.

Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and escalating issues as necessary.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Manage and track employee performance evaluations, probationary periods, and training programs.

Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices remain in compliance.

Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in human resources or related roles.
