HR Specialist

Job Overview:

A RealEstate company is looking for an exceptional Human Resources professional to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Human Resources helping us maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

-Posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

-Managing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.

- Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

- Welcoming new employees and facilitating their integration into the company.

- Conducting orientation programs and explaining company policies and procedures.

- Handling employee grievances and mediating conflicts.

- Promoting a positive work environment and addressing workplace issues.

- Implementing performance appraisal systems.

- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.

- Developing performance improvement plans when necessary.

- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Preparing reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

- At least 4 years experience, ideally in the field;

- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable university;

- Excellent command of written and spoken English;

- Knowledge of Arabic and English is an advantage;

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel;

- A well-controlled ego;

- Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite Applications;

- Strong operational knowledge of human resources practices;

- Attention to the details;

- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law;

- Ability to maintain and demonstrate strong ethical and professional values.
