DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new/re hire information or changes in employment status.
- Own the employee personnel file transition from paper to electronic.
- Regularly update the employee work records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and Generalist.
- Demonstrate professional and quality customer service.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Helps new employees with new hire packets, onboarding, and adjusting to company culture.
- Help Benefits Specialist in the distribution of employee uniforms.
- Payroll Change Notice (PCN) tracking and verification.
- Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum two years clerical/administrative experience in a similar sized organization.
- Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent phone etiquette.
- Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Must have good written communication skills.
- Previous Human Resources experience is preferred, but will train the right person.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Associates Degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Must be reliable.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
