HR Specialist-Europe / North America

  • Assist the department in talent recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling for the European and American markets
  • Manage candidate information, conduct initial communication and background checks
  • Help develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure efficient hiring processes
  • Provide support and advice on labor regulations, talent market trends, and cultural differences in European and American markets
  • Assist in organizing and analyzing recruitment data, and prepare recruitment and HR reports
  • Collaborate with the team to complete other human resources-related tasks

Position Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency with practical understanding of Western (particularly European) culture, markets, and social environments
  • No specific university degree required (preference given to candidates with STEM backgrounds)
  • Basic HR/recruitment experience; entry-level professional foundation acceptable
  • Exceptional learning and comprehension abilities to rapidly master new knowledge and adapt to workflows
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to independently draft documents, emails, and reports
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and attention to detail

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in European or American companies or teams
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or related HR software
  • Systematic understanding of recruitment processes and ability to independently execute hiring tasks
