Assist the department in talent recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling for the European and American markets
Manage candidate information, conduct initial communication and background checks
Help develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure efficient hiring processes
Provide support and advice on labor regulations, talent market trends, and cultural differences in European and American markets
Assist in organizing and analyzing recruitment data, and prepare recruitment and HR reports
Collaborate with the team to complete other human resources-related tasks
Position Requirements
Native-level English proficiency with practical understanding of Western (particularly European) culture, markets, and social environments
No specific university degree required (preference given to candidates with STEM backgrounds)
Basic HR/recruitment experience; entry-level professional foundation acceptable
Exceptional learning and comprehension abilities to rapidly master new knowledge and adapt to workflows
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to independently draft documents, emails, and reports
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and attention to detail

Experience working in European or American companies or teams
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or related HR software
