Position: Human Resource Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Human Resource Specialist to join our team and provide full administrative and HR support to the Chairman and all departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality (both hard and soft copies).
  • Handle employee-related documentation, ensuring legal compliance with employment and residency requirements.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies, procedures, and personnel management systems.
  • Organize and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Coordinate with departments to support employee performance appraisals and evaluations.
  • Conduct regular HR data analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation and reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain and provide accurate data on attendance, absences, leaves, bonuses, and other employee records.
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with public and government services when required.
  • Properly handle employee complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
  • Recruit candidates and update the recruitment database regularly.
  • Follow up with employees regarding weekly timesheets.
  • Shortlist suitable CVs based on job requirements.
  • Ensure job descriptions and job application forms are completed and signed by candidates before technical interviews.
  • Report any unusual practices, misconduct, or misuse of company property to the Chairman.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman, Project Manager, or Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
