HR Specialist in Logistics .

STONEX Recruiting is looking for an experienced HR Specialist in Logistics to join our growing team.

We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in the trucking industry who understands driver recruiting, onboarding, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit CDL drivers (OTR, Team, Owner Operators)
• Screen and pre-qualify driver candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate driver experience
• Manage the full hiring and onboarding process
• Collect and review hiring documents
• Verify CDL, MVR, medical card, and work history
• Coordinate driver orientation and start dates
• Explain company policies, pay structure, and driving expectations
• Maintain communication and follow-up with applicants
• Work with FMCSA, DOT, and Clearinghouse requirements
• Support driver retention and communication
• Maintain recruiting records and reports
• Work closely with safety and dispatch departments

Requirements:

• Experience in driver recruiting or logistics HR
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance
• Understanding of driver qualification and onboarding process
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruiting platforms and job boards
• English required (Spanish is a plus)
