Core Role:
You are responsible for managing employee processes, compliance, and HR operations across one or multiple business units (hospitality, healthcare, corporate).
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings and screen candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring
Manage onboarding (contracts, documents, orientation)
Employee Relations
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and HR cases
Ensure company policies are followed
Support performance management processes
Payroll & HR Administration
Assist with payroll coordination and benefits
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Track attendance, leaves, and contracts
MBHHC roles often include payroll-related HR functions depending on department structure
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws
Implement HR policies and procedures
Handle documentation for visas, contracts, and renewals
Training & Development
Support employee training programs
Monitor performance reviews and development plans
Skills Required:
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of Qatar labor law (VERY important)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. is a plus)
Ability to manage confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
