HR Specialist - Part Time Weekends

Support Employee Notices and posters

  • Support hiring Process for new associates
  • Enter new employees into HR platform fingerprinting (check when they work that they are clocking in correctly)
  • Drug Screening
  • Record all HR transactions and discussions in UKG and upload any PDF documents.
  • Support Employee Scheduling and communicates schedule changes
  • Assist Supervisors with finding replacement workforce
  • Time and Attendance Record keeper assists with accuracy of UKG reports and employee compliance with policies. Supports any coaching or discipline actions needed to comply with handbook policies.
  • Back up for helping in Cross Training program if requested.
  • Translator
  • Assist with Filing and security of employee records
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Photocopies of forms and booklets
  • Maintenance of I-9 records as needed
  • Support of employee gear issue including charges and communication with staffing agencies.
  • Employee call in’s for absences and tardies – get messages and enter in UKG
  • Hand out payroll checks and complete paperwork for any discrepancies
  • Other assignments and duties as needed


SUMMARY: Primarily carrying out duties associated employees scheduling, initial hiring process, UKG concerns regarding hours, vacation, personal leaves and training. Works in office environment assisting in various activities using phones, computers, and communications skills in various assignments.
