Assistant App is a fast-growing technology company operating with a squad-based structure. We are looking for an HR Specialist/Junior Specialist to help us strengthen our talent acquisition processes, support workforce planning, and enhance the overall employee experience as our team continues to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning and conduct hiring needs analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding).
  • Develop and improve HR policies and procedures (leave management, birthday leave, remote work, performance & disciplinary processes, etc.).
  • Organize performance evaluation cycles and provide guidance to managers.
  • Create and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate documentation and communication related to payroll and benefits.
  • Lead offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Prepare and support company documentation (visa letters, official documents, internal guidelines).
  • Handle daily HR operations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • HR experience in tech companies or fast-paced environments is a strong plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, SGK procedures and leave management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to represent the company to both candidates and employees.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital HR tools.
  • Good command of written and reading English.
