Assistant App is a fast-growing technology company operating with a squad-based structure. We are looking for an
HR Specialist/Junior Specialist
to help us strengthen our talent acquisition processes, support workforce planning, and enhance the overall employee experience as our team continues to scale.
Responsibilities

Support workforce planning and conduct hiring needs analysis.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding).

Develop and improve HR policies and procedures (leave management, birthday leave, remote work, performance & disciplinary processes, etc.).

Organize performance evaluation cycles and provide guidance to managers.

Create and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate documentation and communication related to payroll and benefits.

Lead offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
-
Prepare and support company documentation (visa letters, official documents, internal guidelines).

Handle daily HR operations and reporting.
Qualifications
-
HR experience in tech companies or fast-paced environments is a strong plus
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Knowledge of Labor Law, SGK procedures and leave management.

Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to represent the company to both candidates and employees.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized.

Proficient in MS Office and digital HR tools.

Good command of written and reading English.
