HR Sr. Executive - Reliance Rasayan (Pharma Division) - Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Description

  • Updating and maintaining core HR documents, including handbooks, policies, and contracts
  • Ensuring labor law compliance and reporting
  • Overseeing recruitment, from job postings to onboarding
  • Supporting employee engagement, appraisals, and benefits communication
  • Addressing staff concerns, conflicts, or complaints with professionalism and discretion
  • Guiding junior HR staff and collaborating with department heads on people-related strategies
  • Monitoring trends and recommending improvements in HR processes
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; bonus if they’ve worked with analytics tools
  • A track record of maintaining confidentiality and encouraging a culture of inclusion
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
