ISDC is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR – Statutory Compliance Executive with strong experience in handling end-to-end statutory compliance processes including PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, and LWF. The candidate should have hands-on experience from registration to monthly filings, ECR generation, and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity ,PT, LWF)
- Managing statutory registrations, amendments, and updates as required.
- Preparing and processing monthly PF ECR files and ensuring timely payments.
- Handling ESI contribution filing and payment processes.
- Managing PT and LWF monthly/half-yearly compliance and payments.
- Coordinating for Gratuity calculations and documentation.
- Ensuring timely filing of all statutory returns and challans.
- Maintaining statutory records and documentation.
- Liaising with government authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Supporting payroll team in statutory reconciliations.
- Handling inspections and audits related to statutory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Gratuity laws.
- Hands-on experience in ECR preparation and online portal handling.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory frameworks.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
