About the Role

To coordinate and follow up the HR activities of Contracts, TRAs, Liaison of governmental issues with concerned departments, passports, Iqamas Tickets, exit visas, Termination processes and other related Personnel Issues for the whole division in addition to related reports.

Qualifications

• To hold a bachelor's degree in relation to HR field and Business Administration.
• 4 years' experience in HR recruitment, personnel and administration.
• Familiarity with local and labor laws.
• Ability to evaluate all types of recruitment activities effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, communicate and apply a variety of HR policies.
• Ability to demonstrate quality customer services to internal and external customers.
• Analytical & highly proficient in reports
• Goal oriented individual.
• Trainable individual.
