The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, and supports workforce management to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise attendance, leave, payroll coordination & employee records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & company policies
- Manage recruitment, onboarding & exit formalities
- Handle employee relations & disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summary)
- Supervise and guide the HR team
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in HR/Business or related field
- 4-6 years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in supervisory role)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in payroll & HRMS systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
