HR Supervisor

Location: Korangi, Karachi
Industry: Logistics / Aviation / Manufacturing
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000
Shift Timings: Rotational (A, B, C Shifts)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations across multiple shifts
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Manage attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems
• Prepare and maintain shift rosters
• Supervise and handle labor/workforce management on-site
• Support recruitment, Onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Handle employee queries and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/logistics)
• Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance & leave management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
