Position Title : HR Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs
- Assist in onboarding and exit formalities for employees
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR and administrative requirements
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation
- Support HR team with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Maintain HR MIS reports and trackers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Manage office administration tasks including vendor coordination and office supplies
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assist with HR audits and compliance documentation
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR/Administration preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage daily administrative activities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in HR/Admin role
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with HR MIS and attendance systems
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
