Konnect is a fast-growing HR consulting firm, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy Systems Coordinator to support our internal team and clients. This is a hybrid role blending IT support with HR technology administration. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning new systems, and wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and basic configurations.
- Support device setup and maintenance using tools like Kandji and Apple Business Manager.
- Assist with HR systems (HRIS) and LMS platforms, including basic admin tasks and troubleshooting.
- Create clean documentation, SOPs, and process guides.
- Perform light reporting, audits, and usage tracking across systems.
- Provide internal and client-facing support with a service-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (user setup, permissions, licensing).
- Familiarity with device management (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, etc.).
- Exposure to HR systems (HRIS or LMS) — open to training if IT foundation is strong.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work 3 days/week onsite in Irvine (Tue–Thu).
