HR & Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team for one our group company Invente Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd. As a HR & Talent Acquisition Executive , you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding along with the further HR activities like Payroll management in collaboration with finance, HR policies Implementation and employee engagement . Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with offer letters, documentation, and pre-onboarding processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification processes.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and support internal HR-related requests.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
• Support payroll and attendance processing in collaboration with finance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools is an advantage

. Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
