We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented HR, Talent, & Culture Associate to join our growing team. This role would be primarily on-site in our East Lansing, MI office, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates using various methods (e.g., postings, social media, networking)
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assist with scheduling in-person interviews
- Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
Culture and Retention:
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks (e.g., employee records, benefits administration)
- Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- A passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding best practices
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
