We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented HR, Talent, & Culture Associate to join our growing team. This role would be primarily on-site in our East Lansing, MI office, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Source and screen candidates using various methods (e.g., postings, social media, networking)
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assist with scheduling in-person interviews
• Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires

Culture and Retention:

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks (e.g., employee records, benefits administration)
• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• A passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding best practices
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
