Description
The Human Resources Specialists will support in the implementation of talent solutions with a specific focus on the talent acquisition support and performance management. We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and detail-oriented contributor to assist in providing training, consultation, analysis and technical expertise around talent acquisition and performance management. Our ideal applicant will be self-aware, with an understanding of system implementation and able to develop and deliver training through the state.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual and in-person training on Workday and HR recruiting best practices, including talent pool optimization, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials (courses, exercises, handouts, and exams) to reflect best practices, policy changes, and participant feedback.
- Research and apply training best practices to support continuous program improvement and effective learning outcomes.
- Analyze training and recruiting data to create reports, presentations, and visual summaries for stakeholders.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, respond to stakeholder requests, and assist with additional duties as assigned.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Experience delivering training through multiple methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management) or other Workday module within an HR department as an administrator.
- HRIS systems training experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience delivering training through multiple methods of delivery including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc.
- Good communication skills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all levels.
- Program management and administration skills: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
- Aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Travel required
- This position may require some travel.
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources OR one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or position equivalent.

Pay: $40.00 per hour
