About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Team Lead to join Skylark Infra Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will lead the HR team, oversee day-to-day operations of HR functions, and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives. This is a leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR operations.
  • Partner with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices across the company.

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and workforce planning activities.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
  • Foster transparent communication between employees and management.

4. Performance Management & Development

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.

5. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Maintain HR data, analytics, and reporting for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
